We are one of the few New Zealand cider makers who grow apples specifically for cider making. We strive to make complex, full bodied ciders, and that can only be done by using cider apples picked when ripe.
We have 30 different cider varieties on our family orchard in the Moutere Valley near Nelson - true apple country. Our clay soils combined with our exceptional sunlight hours, are famed for producing fantastic, full flavoured fruit. You won’t get a tastier apple anywhere.
